A Halls Head mother has been charged over the Wheatbelt car crash that killed her twin seven-year-old daughters in February.
Rachel van Oyen, 31, was charged on Sunday with two counts of careless driving causing death and grievous bodily harm or bodily harm.
Her daughters Macey and Riley were killed on February 18 when travelling on Great Eastern Highway in Carrabin and the Toyota Camry sedan they and their mother were in veered off the road and crashed into a tree.
The children were travelling to Perth with their mother after visiting family in Kalgoorlie. It is understood all passengers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
Van Oyen will appear before the Northam Magistrates Court on Monday.
